Information collected
We collect the information required to process and deliver an order: name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, delivery address, emirate, area, landmark, order notes, selected products, size, quantity, payment status and order identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to create and fulfil orders, calculate delivery, confirm payment, provide receipts, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. Customer data is not used for promotional marketing without separate consent.
Payment information
Payment is completed through Ziina’s hosted payment service. ALADDIN WEAR does not receive or store full card details. The store receives payment identifiers and status information needed to confirm the order.
Service providers
Necessary information may be processed by the website host, Ziina, delivery providers and technical services used to operate the shop. Each receives only the information needed for its function.
Storage and retention
The shopping bag is stored on the customer’s device. Contact and address details from unpaid checkouts are automatically removed after 30 days. Paid-order records are retained only as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Provider access to the private order desk is restricted to the approved operator account.
Customer choices
Customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
